Following a brief online I had to tackle the task of creating a asset management system (both mobile and desktop) and UX design proposal for British Airways. Tackling the issues stated in the brief a asset management system would need to be created based on the Theme of British airways and allowing for engineers to optimise their maintenance workflow by:
Tackling maintenance tasks
Enabling proactive response to alerts and malfunctions to speed up maintenance as well as prevent future repairs of a more serious nature
Tracking available engineers and their current tasks
I first began to breakdown the tasks given in the brief to ensure I met all the needs for the application. Once prioritised I began by creating low fidelity prototypes.
Low fidelity wireframes:
Using the low fidelity wireframes I had then developed them into high fidelity wireframes to give the application the aesthetic of an actual British Airways application.
